We understand new members are excited to take part in a gym class, but please make sure you have booked onto a class via email and have had email confirmation from us, before arriving at the gym as all sessions must be pre-booked.

If a class shows FULL, please email us with your class

 

requests and we will let you know what space is available as

 

soon as possible or put you onto the waiting list.

Recreational Gymnastics

£8  &   £9 per session

​

Gymnastic classes for children with minimal or no previous experience. These classes are for children who are in Reception class through to Year 11.

 

 

Monday       Reception - 7 years                       4pm - 5.05pm FULL

 

Tuesday       Reception - 7 years                        4pm - 5.05pm

                      8+ years                                          5.15pm - 6.30pm FULL

                     

Wednesday  Reception - 7 years                      4pm - 5.05pm FULL

                      8+ years                                          5.15pm - 6.30pm FULL

 

Friday           Reception - 7 years                       4pm - 5.05pm FULL

Saturday      7+ years                                          10.25am - 11.40 am 

                      Reception - 6 years                       11.50am - 12.50pm

 £5.50 per session   (Pay as you go)

 

Structured class for pre-school children from 3 years of age.

Freedom to Play

Currently cancelled due to work commitments

£5.00 per session   (Pay as you go)

 

Come and play gymnastics with your 0-4 year old on the gym equipment. 

A Parent led activity with Coach assistance where required.

Adults Gymnastics 

 £5.50  per session

 

16+ years, any ability welcome.  Work on all of the Olympic apparatus and try new skills, or challenge yourself and work towards a competition.

 

Tuesday   1.30pm - 2.30pm

 

Wednesday   8pm - 9pm

Thursday       12noon - 1pm

Squad Gymnastics

 

Children are invited into a Development Squad group by invitation from the Head Coaches. 

Development Squad sessions are held at various times throughout the week.

Our Development Squad are grouped by pathway, age and ability.
